CONTEXT
The Sherbrooke Phoenix first approached us to increase their season ticket sales and support their marketing team. The goal was to maximize the number of fans at each game, in a pandemic context where the arena can only accommodate 50% of its capacity and sometimes even go into lockdown without warning. The team also wanted to increase student and child ticket sales.

Strategy
To reach the client’s goals, we first had to develop the team’s online presence. Digitization of marketing actions was necessary in order to acquire new audiences that could then be reused in marketing campaigns and initiatives.
With that in mind, several tactics were put in place: online campaigns for the sale of tickets during home games, newsletters, design of advertising visuals, creation of promotional videos…
