Mandate
Le Marché de Poisson wanted to develop a line of food packaging to offer its smoked and ready-to-eat products both in its two retail locations and beyond. The goal was to create a unified and distinctive brand image that remained true to its Sherbrooke roots.


Challenges & strategy
The team designed packaging that tells a powerful visual story: evocative illustrations of coastal regions blending waterways with Sherbrooke landmarks to capture both authenticity and a sense of place. The art direction embraces a world that is reassuring yet full of character, aligned with the history of the fish market, which has been rooted in the community since 1957.
The visual thread was built to be endlessly adaptable, ensuring instant recognition while offering flexibility for future marketing tools. In short, Standish transformed Le Marché de Poisson’s packaging into true visibility assets, carriers of emotion and reputation, and a cohesive identity that is simple yet deeply inspiring from start to finish.
