Challenges & strategy
To modernize its identity, the organization embraced a thoughtful branding strategy designed to build strong and lasting foundations. Its new name, Espace allié, captures the spirit of support offered to caregivers of people facing mental health challenges. The new positioning statement reflects both the organization’s mission and its deep commitment to the community.
The refreshed brand identity features a pastel colour palette, rounded shapes, and a logo depicting a figure made of stones, symbolizing the balance between the caregiver, the person receiving care, and the organization.

Mandate
Following its brand refresh, the organization wanted to modernize its Website so it could fully reflect its mission and values. The goal was to create a simple, intuitive platform that would make it easier to connect with the community.
Challenges & strategy
A Website redesign helped simplify the user experience, which had previously been complicated. The new site also highlights the Allie jeunesse service, designed for caregivers between the ages of 12 and 29. To mark this transformation, an official launch event was held to share the new identity.
