With almost 200 stores, the Carrefour de l’Estrie is the Eastern Townships’ premiere shopping destination.
It also offers a variety of family entertainment activities and a host of user services. Each year, the Carrefour welcomes seven million visitors from all over Quebec!
Website, social media and content creation
The Carrefour website was redesigned in order to enhance the user experience. Given that one third of visitors were using a smart device, a mobile site was designed with a streamlined interface that allows users to access their desired content in a single click. Blog posts are written each week to attract users to the website. We also manage the Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts with a view to promoting the Carrefour’s events and special offers and to reinforcing its relationships with customers.

We launched a contest to increase the number of the Carrefour’s Facebook fans and to thank them for their loyalty. The project covered visual design, programming, and information distribution in connection with the contest.

Newsletter and design
We designed and created a weekly newsletter to announce the Carrefour’s latest news to 1,200 subscribers, and developed Web and printed visuals to promote the Carrefour’s services and to showcase it on a regional level.
